This is a dress that makes me feel like one of those otherworldly, high-fashion models seen posing in the glossy pages of a magazine. I'm not a particularly tall person, but this dress gives such height with its floor-length skirt and stark white fabric. There aren't many occasions to wear such an outfit, but sometimes, it's nice just to put on an item that makes you feel beautiful to boost your daily confidence. I accessorized the dress with sharp silver jewelry for an edgy, modern effect. The ensemble is angelic and fierce and vintage and contemporary and homemade and glamorous all at the same time. On another note, my shoes can't really be seen under the dress. They are just tall enough that the dress doesn't touch the ground at all, so about 2 inches. They're black peep toes with a silver, metal loop on top. The black doesn't stand out in the shadow of the dress and the silver is the bit that completes the look. Once again my entire outfit is from yard sales. This time, I actually had a family member tailor the arms to fit mine, which is a great option if you buy something that is just a bit off from your physique.
