A pop of color on a neutral background is the best way to make an item stand out. The eye will immediately be attracted to the most colorful area, to truly make the jewelry, shoes, etc. become the centerpiece. These White House Black Market shorts are from the same bunch as the other pants and shorts I've been wearing recently. I got lucky that this yard sale was near my house and that they were open the next day, so that I could go back and shop some more. Most of the time, that opportunity doesn't come around twice.
